2. Medical Disclaimer
Our services are provided by qualified healthcare professionals. However, Sevili Home Care does not replace hospital care in emergency or critical conditions. In case of a medical emergency, please contact the nearest hospital immediately.
3. Appointments & Availability
- Services are provided based on availability of staff and location.
- Appointments should be booked in advance.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
4. Payment Terms
- All services are chargeable as per agreed pricing.
- Payments must be made in advance or as per agreed terms.
- No refunds once the service has been completed.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be informed at least 6–12 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations may be subject to charges.
